Jim Cole

I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and graduated
from Whitworth College, a small, private college in Spokane. There,
for the next four years, I taught in Washington, earned my Master’s
Degree, then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. That is where
I first experienced the pleasure of sunshine!! I was hired as one
of the original 13 faculty members who started Dublin High School
in 1969.
After teaching and coaching in Dublin for nine years, I felt the
need for greater challenges. So, I got my real estate license in
1974. I spent 17 years selling real estate for Coldwell Banker in
the San Ramon office. That office was the smallest in the company,
but had the highest deal per agent ration in the entire company.
And I am proud to say that I helped contribute to that success.
With my teaching background, I was often asked to speak to other
offices about different real estate topics. I even presented a topic
on “How to Present Offers” to the entire sales force
at a monthly meeting. After “sprinting” hard for those
17 years, I needed a break. Thus, I became a Mortgage Broker in
1992. And, again, my volume has been consistently in the top tier
of agents, averaging over $35 million for each of the last 4 years.
During my 30 years in real estate, I’ve seen it all. I truly
enjoy applying my hard-earned knowledge to the completion of a wide
range of loans, from the “slam-dunk” type to those “square
peg in a round hole” problems. Bring me your loan –
You won’t be disappointed.
“My goal is to conduct my business in such a manner that your
friends will thank you for referring them to me.”
Sincerely,
Jim Cole
