After retiring from the Belmont School District and relocating to Pacific Grove on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula, my life was supposed to be spending leisurely days along the coast. However, having spent so many days helping both students and parents in the school, my attention returned to helping others find financing and refinancing here on the Monterey Peninsula.

I received my real estate license and immediately opened the Preferred Financial office here in Pacific Grove. In my time here it has been extremely rewarding to assist young families acquire their dream of home ownership and to refinance existing homeowners to lower rates and/or provide cash for various personal uses.

With home prices at astronomical levels on the Monterey Peninsula, Preferred Financials creative approach to lending has continued to provide the necessary wherewithal to assist my clients’ needs for the lowest payments available at no cost.
